About Your Invoice
We work by appointment or virtually and the rates may vary depending on the individual task at hand. Virtual rates are billed at a discounted rate. There is a trip fee added to each bill for an appointment booking; it may vary depending on your location. Charges are accrued and billed by the quarter hour for most assignments, but there are exceptions. Weekend & Holiday Appointments are billed at a 20% higher rate. Mileage may be assessed to the customers bill for personal errand running. Equipment Fees may be assessed and vary depending on the job, if needed. All invoices and reimbursable expenses are due upon receipt, unless stated or negotiated otherwise. Invoices and estimates may be mailed and/or emailed at your request. Certain jobs, such as websites, may require a down payment and/or payments periodically as work is completed, to ensure satisfaction on behalf of all parties involved.
